Imagine schools where every preschooler, toddler, and infant receives the highest quality Early Childhood Education (ECE). Kai Ming Head Start provides high-quality care based on objective, nation-wide Head Start measures. We are different from other agencies.

First, we are local, and have worked with families in San Francisco for 50 years.
Second, we provide 360� services to the highest-need families in San Francisco who are dealing with homelessness, domestic abuse, lack of childcare, and food insecurity.
Third, we intersect with cutting-edge technology to revolutionize ECE to connect teachers, families, and administrators seamlessly through proprietary software platforms such as STEP, and Substart.
Fourth, we break the cycle of poverty with our program STEP where we guide parents to enroll in college, apply for teaching permits, and become Lead Teachers in ECE. We reimburse for tuition, teacher permit applications, and we pay them for professional development.

$5 - $99 - Every donation helps us keep our classrooms open and ensures that family receive 360 degree services.
$100 - $999 - Become a Wind Horse donor. Tour a center of your choice, add your name to the Kai Ming website as a donor this school year, and receive a printed letter filled children's drawings.
$1,000 - $9,999 - Become a Agate Tiger donor. In addition to the Wind Horse gifts, take a group photo with our hard-working teachers and staff. We will send you the photo and thank you letter in custom frames.
$10,000 - $99,000 - Become a Golden Panda donor. As an expression of our thanks, will will dedicate a playground bench honoring your donation for the school year. You will also receive a trophy hand-made in our classrooms. You will also receive the thank you gifts listed for Agate Tiger.
$100,000 - $500,000 - Become a Monkey King donor. A playground will be named in your honor for the school year, and we will give press release. You will also receive the thank you gifts listed for Golden Panda.
$500,000 - $1 million - Become a Fire Phoenix donor. We will name a center in your honor for 2 years, in addition to the thank you gifts listed for Monkey King.
$1 million plus - Become a Jade Dragon donor. You will have dinner with the Kai Ming board of directors, and we will name a center in your honor for 5 years in addition to the thank you gifts listed for Fire Phoeix.
