The 7 course tasting menu emphasizes regional farms and food craft artisans, accented with French cooking techniques.
Led by Chef Chris Dupont, menu planning begins with farms and farmer?s markets. The extraordinary vegetables and proteins create the technique, in a form that's unique and creative.
Dinner is offered Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Bar service begins at 6:00pm. Dinner seating is at 7:00pm. *Alcohol is not included in this package.
