Begin by putting your nose to the test by smelling 20 unique scents, from lavender to pear drop - learning the vocabulary of scents will enhance your tasting experience of five Glengoyne whiskies, a selection of specially chosen single casks, and a range of sherry samples. After ample time nosing, swirling and tasting, it's time for you to create your own Glengoyne Highland Single Malt! Using samples from five very different Glengoyne single casks, you can taste and nose, add and stir, until you're completely satisfied with your very own 200ml bottle of absolutely unique whisky! Finish the tour with your own unique whisky created by you, presented in a Glengoyne bottle, and boxed with a label, as well as a Master Class certificate.

A beautiful and cultured city, you will find a wealth of things to do in Edinburgh. Discover nearby historic attractions like the shops along Princes Street, the National Museum of Scotland or the Scotch Whisky Heritage Centre, all within walking distance of the hotels. Start your Royal Mile journey at Edinburgh Castle and take in the dramatic panorama over Scotland's capital. From there, walk down the cobbled street past the St. Giles Cathedral, John Knox's House and shops selling Scottish crafts and tartan goods.
