Should the winning bidder not be able to make arrangements with the hotel to use this certificate prior to its expiration on a date acceptable to bidder, the bidder may return their certificate to the Bowman Post Group Foundation, 31225 La Baya Drive, Suite 103, Westlake Village, CA 91362 for a refund of their bid.

Winning bidders will be charged a fee of 9% for handling and to cover a portion of the auction & credit card transaction fees.
