From Seed to Pot: All plants started from seed without plastic, nurtured for months, and recently transplanted to allow for bigger root growth. Each plant is set to grow into their current size pot or planted into the garden when soil temperatures reach 70 degrees— which is usually early June in Vermont.

Ideal For: These make a wonderful eco-conscious addition to your plant collection. By mid July, you’ll have plenty of fresh herbs for seasoning dishes or enhancing salads with fresh, organic greens.
