Grandpa's Garden Lumbar Pack

Size: 10" x 13"
Color: Navy Blue, a $45 value.  Hot and cold therapy packs and reusable gel packs may both help relieve back pain. Here are some benefits of each:

Warm therapy:

  • May help relax and loosen tight muscles
  • May increase blood flow to the area, which can speed up healing
  • May help reduce inflammation and swelling

Cold therapy:

  • May numb pain receptors and reduce inflammation
  • May constrict blood vessels, which can reduce swelling
  • May help reduce muscle spasms

One of the best things about hot packs for the back is that they may help relax and loosen tight muscles. Tense or tight muscles can cause pain and discomfort, and hot packs may help alleviate this. Heat therapy may also increase blood flow to the area, speeding up the healing process and reducing inflammation. Additionally, hot packs may help relieve painful muscle spasms in the back.

Heat via the instructions on the sewn-in tag.
